Policy details
You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement, or use the site with a parent or guardian. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with security, copy content without permission, misuse accounts, submit false information, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service.
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, stock, and pricing. Minor color, packaging, or manufacturing variations may occur. We may correct genuine errors or update information. Placing an order does not reserve stock until the order is accepted.
The product price, shipping charges, taxes collected by FinchKart, currency, and order total are shown before purchase. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Your provider may charge separate exchange or transaction fees. See Payment & Checkout Security.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt electronically, but the order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, failed verification, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an obvious pricing or description error. If payment was taken for a canceled item, it will be refunded.
You are responsible for accurate delivery information. Methods, charges, tracking, customs responsibilities, and estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our 30-day return request window and claim process. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
Keep account credentials confidential and information current. Tell us promptly of unauthorized use. We may send order, security, policy, and service communications electronically. Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed from.
If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, lawful, and based on genuine experience. You retain ownership but grant GoFinch permission to host, reproduce, format, and display it for operating and promoting FinchKart. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Site software, design, logos, text, and other content belong to GoFinch, FinchKart licensors, or their respective owners. You may use the site only for personal shopping and may not commercially exploit its content without permission.
We do not limit liability where doing so is unlawful. Subject to that rule, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. FinchKart is supplied for consumer use, so we are not responsible for business losses arising from personal use of the site or products.
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate material delays. Your mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. We may update these terms prospectively. The terms shown when your order was accepted continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
Applicable law governs these terms. You retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws and access to courts or dispute procedures available in your place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
